This bag is truly gorgeous. I got it a few weeks back, used it a couple of times, and I've already gotten tons of compliments. It's not just beautifully made with top-notch materials, but it also showed up fast. I managed to snag this bag just in time for a trip, so big thanks!

I got the Jee bag and was totally smitten, but just a bit over a year later, it totally fell to pieces. I reached out via email and even slid into their DMs on Instagram, but they just left me hanging. Super disappointing.

Refund...sent a bunch of emails...yet no money back.

Caution! If you need to send back something you’re not happy with, don’t expect a refund. Instead, you’ll receive a gift card that forces you to shop at Jeenaa exclusively. Their selection is pretty slim, so your cash is basically trapped. This happened to me, and I’m sharing my experience to help others avoid the same fate.

I picked up the Jiyo Black Back and the Jiyo Marble Brown Bag. Absolutely adore the bags' elegant, unique, and simple design. They’ve got plenty of room for all the essentials I need throughout the day. I've gotten a ton of compliments as well. Plus, I think it's awesome that for every bag sold, school supplies are donated to a school in India.

I bought three bags from this company because I was drawn to the designs and wanted to back small businesses. Unfortunately, two out of the three bags I got are defective! The strap on the first bag came apart at the stitching and is beyond repair. As for the second bag, the metal clasp that connects the strap to the bag broke off completely while I was using it, causing the bag to drop to the ground (both incidents happened within the first couple of months). They won’t give me a refund for these faulty items and keep saying they’ll send a replacement strap, but it’s been over two months with no strap or any updates. I wouldn’t waste your cash here since their products are likely to break down in just a few months, and they won’t help you afterward.

Update: After waiting for ages for that replacement strap they promised and getting no updates, I felt compelled to share this review—didn’t want others to waste their money and time on subpar products. They reached out the same day and said they wouldn’t send the promised replacement (for their defective item) until I took this honest review down. I’m completely done with this company.

Heads up: their policy on returns means you’ll get vouchers or a credit note instead of a cash refund, and you’ve only got a tiny 15-minute window to cancel your order. Just a word of caution...

My order got delayed because of some strikes with Royal Mail, but the customer service at Jeenaa was really good. They kept me in the loop throughout the whole delivery process.

I found the support team to be really great when Royal Mail lost my order. They made sure my package got to me before I needed it since it was a present from a buddy.

At first, I had my doubts about ordering from Jeenaa since I wasn't familiar with the brand, but the whole process turned out to be super smooth and hassle-free, especially given the Royal Mail strikes and postal delays.

My package showed up in roughly 48 hours after placing the order, so I was quite pleased.

I really liked the Bra; it fits well and doesn’t squeeze my rib cage. Just a heads up, I’d suggest taking out the padding before washing it, as mine got a bit messed up. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Jeenaa.

I ordered a bag online and didn’t get to check it out in person. I sent it back, but now I’m being told I can’t get my money back. According to consumer law, if you return something within 14 days, you should get a refund, and I did that. Now I’m stuck trying to claim through PayPal. This company really ought to appreciate their customers and understand our rights. What a terrible experience!

What a terrible encounter! I received a defective product that had loose threads in the bag. When I reached out, the Customer Service folks wouldn’t give me a refund or swap it out. On top of that, it took them a whole week to respond to every email.

The delivery took a bit longer than expected, but the Smart Errands Bag is top-notch and has ample room for all my stuff.

Fantastic customer support, stunning, contemporary, adaptable, and well-made bags. Just like they were described. I'm super pleased with my buy and can’t wait to show them off.
